C3-Chandler Carpet Cleaning will make every reasonable effort to make our customers happy with our work.  Before each job is started, we will make sure the customer understands what results to expect based on the technician's evaluation of the condition of the flooring, the soiling present and other factors that will be discussed before cleaning begins.

We plan our jobs around your schedule, not the other way around.  We will do what it takes to plan your service around your life, within a few, reasonable boundaries.  Our goal is to show up on time for your scheduled appointment.  If we are running late, for any reason, we will call to let you know and strive to arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment time.

As with most small businesses that provide a service, our life's blood as the referrals we get from satisfied customers.  To show our appreciation, C3 provides $10 credits towards future service for any referral which results in a new customer for us.  These credits do not expire and we will apply all credits towards the amount due on your next appointment.

C3 does not accept credit cards any longer for one simple reason:  It makes our prices higher!  In order to process credit cards, we must maintain a Merchant Account and pay fees every month whether we process any transactions or not.  On top of that, the processor charges fees based on the amount of the charge.  The convenience of using a credit card requires us to raise our price to cover these costs.

If a customer has a need to use a credit card, there are options available, at a minimal charge, to handle the transaction.  Let us know, we will work with you.

In almost every case, you will speak to and deal with the company owner, John.  He will resolve any issues and in nearly every case, will be there when the job is quoted and done.
