Ceramic tile and grout are cleaned using a 3 step process as follows:

1.   Apply DuPont Stonetech Cleanser and allow to dwell and penetrate soils.

2.   Agitate the cleanser with a bristle brush and grout line brush to break down heavy soils.

3.   Power rinse with 1000 psi rotary tool and suction out soils and solution.


For Residential Installations, the rate is:  50 cents per square foot.

For Commercial Installations, the rate is:  60 cents per square foot.

Commercial tile cleaning is higher because these installations typically are more heavily soiled and require a higher concentration of cleanser to attack the soils which have built up.

Floors with Granite, Travertine, Limestone or Marble that do not require honing and polishing can be cleaned using the the same method described for Ceramic Tile.  These installations must be inspected and evaluated in order to provide an accurate quote.

C3 does not provide cleaning for Saltillo tile installations.

There are many options available for sealing grout and natural stone.  Prices are based on the tile size when sealing grout.  Prices for natural stone are primarily base on the Sealing Product the customer desires.  There are many factors to consider when choosing a sealer, therefore it is not possible to provide a generic price guideline.  Sealing should be discussed during the inspection and evaluation of the floor installation.
